Vvegan Chola was an idea born from Sand One only eating vegetables. And her mom Maria always cooking her tastiest Mexican meals made with grains and vegetables only. Still eating the same traditional meals we eat on daily basis such as green or red enchiladas But with potato and carrot inside ,or tortas with vegan mayo cheese and vegan ham all the usual ingredients with a vegan twist.
