For small items such as Air Freshners and Stickers WE OFFER  FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH NO INSURANCE OR TRACKING NUMBER. Small items come inside metered STAMPED envelope. This doesn Not have tracking . 

 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE BUYING. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, pelase add this to any order you can't afford to lose.

PROCESSING TIME IS 5 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 10-25 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS unless stated differently , WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We ship only when collections are released, everything on the SAND ONE store is in limited quantities.When ordering be mindful that this is art, and it will take time to arrive.  Please don't rush art. You will have it soon. 




We are responsible for your new purchase until it leaves the Sand Factory and it’s given to the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control what the post office and mail couriers do. We recommended  that you message us to add insurance to protect your package  against loss or damages during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. 

 

Sand Factory does not control what the the United States Postal employees do With packages under their control. 


In the case your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.


 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!



Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please email us SAND@sandoner.com so we can send you a bill for the extra services.

Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for your purchase from us if the USPS loses the package, unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the re-shipping service. There is a fee for reshipping your package due to you giving us a wrong Adress or missin your delivery date.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING PROGRESS , look at Your order information on your Shopify account, or check your email for updates. If it's a big package such as pillows, clothing , accessories . It will have a tracking number you can track.  When we ship a package, if you order through our website it automatically sends you and email with tracking. 

Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address not for  negligence to pick up your package from your mail box, porch or post office .

Please do your part. If your package is stolen from your property.

THIS IS NOT OUT FAULT. WE DONT LIVE NEAR YOU.

Please be in Communication with your mailman  about your package that you areexpecting, So this doesn't go to a different home by mistake .

 

No refunds. Sand Factory does not guarantee refunds. Exchanges or credit might be considered to the discretion of Sand Factory after careful consideration.  There will be restocking and cancellation fees if a refund is considered .

CHARGEBACK PROFESSIONALS 

Be careful and extremely mindful when doing chargebacks, we will come to you personally regardless of the state or country you reside in to resolve issues with your order directly . Please save us the headache. We are extremely militant about chargebacks. You will deal with us personally. We have collectors all over the world, and will resolve unexpected issues IN A KINDLY MANNER. Do not buy Sand's art to futurely claim a chargeback. There is 0 tolerance for chargebacks. Don't go there.
