Under certain conditions, Sand Factory might accept the return of a product, but only credit a portion of the price paid. A percentage of the price, usually between 15%. will be forfeited as restocking fee. These fees normally apply to items returned on buyer’s remorse, not to exchanged art to damage or defects within delivery.
Initial shipping of order is non refundable.
Once paid we can being processing your retuned order if approved.
Art must NOT be used.
All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back to the Sand Factory to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition.
Shipping costs associated with returns on buyer’s remorse will be charged, you are responsible for shipping this order back to out facility and covering shipping fees back to your destination if this is an order exchange.
Credit will be returned in a discount code for future purchases. Make sure it have an account with our online store set up to receive credit applied for a return.
Restocking Fee Policy
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 15 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
If you placed an order and made a mistake ,causing in the return of an item, you, the buyer, is responsible for paying the original cost of shipping to Sand Factory and the return shipping cost.
You are responsible for the shipping costs .Restocking fee is valued on product returned price depending on type of item and condition when it is returned. Our restocking fee is 15% to process returns and restocking of items.
