Order processing: 7–10 days

In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 7–10 days after your order is placed. This is the time before your package leaves Sand Factory. Carrier transit and delivery time are additional.

Shipping services and delivery

Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten our 7–10-day processing time. Any carrier delivery estimate begins after the carrier receives your package.

Preorders and custom artwork

Preorders and custom artwork follow the production and shipping timeline stated in their product listing. The standard 7–10-day processing time does not apply to these items. If no current estimate is listed, contact us before ordering.

Tracking and your shipping address

Check your order email for shipping updates. If your shipping service includes tracking, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation to follow your package.

Please confirm your complete shipping address at checkout and choose a secure delivery location. Contact us promptly if your address needs correcting; changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
